West Country Waders - wildlife workshop

Lift your images of wading & other shorebirds to a new level with this workshop in one of the south west’s top estuary locations.

A little different from my other workshops in that it’s in a less remote setting, this day is spent examining the fieldcraft & camera techniques used by wildlife photographers to capture evocative pictures of waders.

Set in a fascinating tidal estuary, home to a wide variety of resident & passing migrant birds, we’ll use the natural ebb & flow of the water to our advantage while photographing the wildlife we encounter.

Includes lunch from Gear Farm:  the best pasties in Cornwall!

Suitable for:  beginners to experienced photographers (tailored to your level).

Equipment required:  telephoto lens (recommended minimum 300mm on crop).

Location:  Hayle, Cornwall.
